Atem is a different kind of architecture practice. Founded in 2004, we’re an employee-owned firm pursuing a democratic design process that values everyone’s input.
United in a shared vision which aims to create a design platform of fully integrated and complementary excellence: from bathrooms to beds and storage systems, from kitchens to upholstered furniture and accessories. The operation will make Boffi and De Padova collaborate very closely for the development of a strong internationalization already undertaken by both companies, with the main aim of supporting the "Italian know-how" in the world by forming a group with capillary penetration in both residential and contract divisions.

We have always worked closely with skilled developers to finance many of Auckland’s highest profile commercial and residential projects. We have the scale to support the region’s largest property transactions, the experience to structure the best deals, and a reputation for delivery.

We have a growing team of talented architects, technicians and interiors experts, operating from two studios, based in Thame and Hampton. Our work includes projects across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Surrey and London. Our team shares a passion for delivering inspirational, insightful architectural design services and an unrivalled client experience, covering a range of design styles, from contemporary new build design, to large-scale home renovations and extensions, as well as listed buildings, barn conversions and heritage properties.
